We have designed a special mini live well retreat on Sunday, January 12th at Woodberry Kitchen in their Gatherings event location for you to dive into yourself and our beautiful community which involves: yoga, meditation, breathing, vision board creation, acupuncture, nutrition and a magical spread of food and drink for lunch from Woodberry.

The morning will begin with coffee and tea and then we will start with some movement practices. The mini retreat will run from 9:30am-3pm and includes everything above, all you need is your yoga mat.

Marissa Walch will be guiding you through most of the day on your mat and during the vision board activity. She is a full-time, certified fitness, wellness and yoga professional based on the east coast and owner of live well, The Studio.She has worked in the fitness industry for more than a decade, and she loves to share her knowledge and passion for living a healthier life with her clients. During the day you will have the opportunity to get acupuncture from Dr. Jess Clayton. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health and has over seven years of experience in private practice in Towson, Maryland. Specializing in fertility and chronic pain, she uses acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine techniques to create personalized treatment plans that address root causes, not just symptoms. Inspired by her own healing journey, Jess emphasizes patient empowerment and fosters a warm, judgment-free environment to cultivate a strong healing partnership with her patients. You will also get to learn from registered dietitian Emily Kean. Sheis a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), RRCA certified running coach, and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200).
